Each of my Mrs. Brotherson's groups did a cookie election today for Election Day! They ate cookies and voted on their favorite one. And the winner of Mrs. Brotherson’s (Bailey) cookie election was the Plain Oreo by 2 votes!!

In our "Hawk Pride Assembly" last week we recognized our students who worked on developing "healthy habits" during the month. Students were encouraged all month be be healthy physically and mentally in order to be happy and healthy while they learn each day at school. The following students were recognized by their teachers at our assembly. . . .

Red Ribbon week spirit days!

Our Halloween parade will be October 31st at 9:30 AM! Please find a spot around the outside of the school before 9:30 and be ready to watch the parade! Please make sure costumes have no masks, no weapons, and are school appropriate. We can't wait to see you!

Just a reminder: With the warmer weather we haven't collected quite as many lost and found items, but there are still plenty of sweatshirts, jackets, and lunchboxes in our school lost and found. Please remind your students to check that today is the last day to check for any lost items. Parents, feel free to visit school and check that out as well if you feel like you are missing items. Anything left at the end of today will be donated. Thanks!

Fall Break is October 17th-21st! We hope everyone has a fun and safe break!
